Chris Lykins Named Vice President of Operations

At McGarr Service Corporation, our commitment to quality is driven by the strength of our leadership. Today, we are proud to announce the promotion of Chris Lykins to Vice President of Operations. In this expanded role, Chris will oversee all three of our core pillars: Security, Concierge, and Commercial Cleaning services.

Since joining the McGarr family in 2018, Chris has served as our Director of Security and Concierge Services, where he set a new gold standard for professionalism. His background is nothing short of extraordinary. With 27 years of experience—including high-stakes roles as a Diplomatic Security Specialist at the U.S. Embassy in Baghdad and a Physical Security Manager for U.S. missile defense sites—Chris brings a level of strategic precision that is rare in the facility services industry.

Chris is one of only 115 professionals in Massachusetts to hold the prestigious Certified Protection Professional (CPP) designation. This “gold standard” expertise, combined with his experience as a Police Officer and Special Response Team leader, ensures that our clients are protected by the best in the business.

Bridging Security, Service, and Science-Based Cleaning As Vice President of Operations, Chris is now applying his proactive problem-solving and analytical mindset to our commercial cleaning division. By unifying all departments under his leadership, McGarr Service Corp will provide a more cohesive, efficient, and responsive experience for our clients. Whether it is a midnight security patrol or a detailed post-construction cleanup, Chris ensures every team member operates with the same “mission-essential” focus.
