Security Supervisor Floater: Overnights (S-492)

Position: Security Supervisor Floater – Overnights

Locations:  Boston, Jamaica Plain, Dorchester, Canton, Cambridge                       

Fixed Base Schedule: Tues, Wed, Thurs // 8:30pm-6:00am // 28.50/hours per week

Floater Schedule: Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday // overnight shift availability as needed.

Weekly Hours Range: 36.00 to 44.00 per week // Any hour over 40.00 are at OT Rate

Job Description:

Basic requirements for this position include adherence to customer policies and procedures, develop and maintain working client relationship, understanding of site post orders to include access control, responding to site emergencies, report writing, patrolling, and monitoring CCTV cameras.

General Duties and Responsibilities:

• 2+ years security experience
• Solid and consistent work history
• Excellent communication skills
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Must be able to De-Escalate situations
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Working with police and other security companies.
• Must be able to write clear and accurate reports
• Must have a vehicle and overnight availability
• Must be able to use public transportation to sites with no parking.
