Position: Front Desk Concierge/Operations
Location: Chestnut Hill, MA
Pay: $23.00/per hour
Base Schedule: 30 hours per week
Monday – Friday 4:00PM – 10:00PM
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and professional Front Desk Concierge for a part-time weekday evening position at a front desk in Chestnut Hill. Basic requirements for this position include adherence to customer policies and procedures, develop and maintain working client relationship, understanding of site post orders to include access control, responding to site emergencies, report writing, patrolling, and monitoring CCTV cameras.

- 2+ years Customer Service Experience
- Solid and consistent work history
- Excellent communication skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Must have a vehicle to travel to this site…free parking.
