Security Shift Supervisor | Full Time

Position: Security Front Desk
Location: Boston, MA | Health Care System
Pay: $25.00/per hour
Base Schedule: 40 hours per week
Monday – Friday 7:00AM – 3:00PM
Requirement: Positions are in the Health Care System and require COVID vaccinations.


Job Description

Basic requirements for this position include adherence to customer policies and procedures, develop and maintain working client relationship, understanding of site post orders to include access control, responding to site emergencies, report writing, patrolling, and monitoring CCTV cameras.

General Duties and Responsibilities

  • 4+ years security experience
  • 1+ years of supervisory experience
  • Solid and consistent work history
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Fluent in Spanish is a plus / but not necessary
