Cleaning Supervisor | Part Time

Location: Milford, MA
Position: Cleaning Supervisor (fluent in Spanish and English)
Pay: $21.80/per hour
Base Schedule: 24 hours per week
Monday to Friday 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM and Sunday 7:00AM to 11:00AM


Job Description

Lead a team and make a difference as a Cleaning Supervisor! We’re seeking a motivated individual to oversee custodial services and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness in our facilities. Responsibility includes leading, managing and training custodial staff as well as performing general housekeeping tasks.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Spanish and English
  • Must have 2 to 3+ years of supervisory/leadership experience in custodial services or related field
  • Must have knowledge of custodial equipment, side-by-side and carpet shampoo

The Cleaning Supervisor position is responsible for routine cleaning and specialty work as well as the supervision of custodial services/staff in assigned area(s). The supervisor will be expected to work closely with other members of management to provide consistently high levels of customer satisfaction by performing regular cleaning quality inspections for all assigned areas.
